Thank you for shopping with FurBrava. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $50 ship free within the United States. Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days.
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 for orders under $50. Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: $9.99. Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days.
Note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier capacity and weather conditions.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control (such as weather events, carrier delays, or customs processing) may cause delivery delays. We will notify you if your order is significantly delayed.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@furbrava.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has shipped.
